What are Neuromodulators?
Neuromodulators are a natural and purified protein administered in small doses. It is most commonly used for the treatment of lines and wrinkles in the facial and neck area. It relaxes the facial muscle responsible for forming the lines and keeps them relaxed for up to four months. Treatment with neuromodulators have multiple advantages including relief from migraines, muscular spasms, incontinence and excessive sweating.

How does it work?
Neuromodulators are injected into the specific area in liquid form through a few tiny injections. This blocks the release of acetylcholine, the chemical that causes muscles to contract. No anaesthesia is required as the procedure isn’t painful. There may be slight temporary bruising at the injection site, which can easily be covered with makeup. After the quick procedure, you can resume normal activity immediately as no recuperation time is needed.
